Noa (which means movement ) was one of the five Daughters of Zelophehad. The five Daughters of Zelophehad are mentioned in the Hebrew Bible and raised before the Israelite community the case of a woman’s right and obligation to inherit property in the absence of a male heir in the family. They demonstrated their wisdom by raising their case in a timely fashion and demonstrated their righteousness by marrying men who were fitting for them.
